I am an experienced consultant and expert witness on matters relating to modern Chinese (PRC) law. I have provided expert testimony in a number of court proceedings both in the U.S. and abroad, as well as advising in state and federal agency investigations, on issues such as forum non conveniens, banking law, family law, corporate governance, securities regulation, and civil procedure.
