- China Law Society started publishing this annual report in Chinese since 2008. However, the equivalent English version was first released one year later. This annual report is an overall review on the development of laws and the legal system in China in a specific year. Arbitration Annual Report of China (2011-2012) was published at the end of 2013 with the effort of Shanghai University ADR and Arbitration Research Institute and China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. Its 2013-2014 report was published at the beginning of 2016 by Shanghai University ADR and Arbitration Research Institute, China Academy of Arbitration Law, Huamao & Guigu Law Firm and University of International Business and Economics Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Research Center. Because of a continuing research program by China Academy of Arbitration Law, the annual reports trace the development of arbitration in China, introduce the relevant government departments and the latest achievement in arbitration in China.
